Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are now being processed and shipped out within 72 hours.
Under normal circumstances, orders ship within 48 hours of being purchased; our typical shipping window is 18-24 hours.
When will my cards arrive?
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination and the postal service. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of the transaction.
Domestic shipping from USPS Priority: 2-3 days
Orders are picked up from our location every business day (Monday – Friday); however, we do not have pickups on weekends or holidays.
Will my shipment have tracking?
All orders shipped from Wayward City Games will include tracking via USPS. Tracking links may not become active immediately after the shipment is confirmed, but most packages should update within 24 hours.
Why is my tracking link not working?
Tracking links will activate when the post office scans them at the first stop. After you receive your shipping confirmation email, tracking links take up to 24 hours to start.
In rare cases, orders shipped less than 24 hours ago might have tracking numbers showing as delivered. Many shipping companies recycle tracking numbers, and they may not have updated yet.

Preorders
When you make a purchase that it s pre-sale or a pre-order of an item, we are not able to ship that item to you until the manufacturer allows us to mail it out. Please check each individual item for the estimated release date for it before placing your order. Please note that we are not in control of the official release dates as a retailer, and these sometimes change due to manufacturer issues, distribution or supply chain problems, etc. They are based on actual dates provided to us either directly by the product manufacturer or our designated distributor.
Orders that contain multiple items with a preorder will be subject to a hold until the last release date of any preordered items. If you place an order containing currently available products AND preorder items we will not ship your currently available items until your preorder is ready. If you would like your currently available items sooner, just place separate orders so we can calculate shipping properly and send out your available items right away.
