We at Wayward City Games understand that ordering a product before it is released can be confusing. Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding preorder items. When will my preorder ship?
All preorders are set to ship out within one business day of the release date.
When will I be charged for preorder items?
All charges will be made as soon as the order is placed.
Will you ship out the non-preorder items before the release?
When you place an order containing preorder items, the entire order will be held until the preorder items become available. If you would like to receive the non-preorder items immediately, please place separate orders.
Can I add or subtract items from a preorder?
Once a preorder is placed, there is no way to guarantee that we can add items to that particular order. If you wish to purchase additional items and have them ship together, please place a second order and email us to request that the orders be combined. If you wish to subtract items from a preorder, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request. All requests must be submitted 9 days prior to the release date.
Can you ship sealed product internationally?
Wizards of the Coast policy does not allow the shipment of ANY sealed Magic product internationally until it is over 2 years old. If you place an order that includes an item such as this for shipment internationally or to a mail forwarding service, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Do I get a Buy-A-Box Promo?
Buy-a-box promos are extremely limited in quantity. As such they are reserved exclusively for purchases made at our brick and mortar store. No purchases made through our website will qualify for a Buy-a-box promo, even if in-store pickup is selected.
How do I cancel a preorder?
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Wayward City Games does not provide credit, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described on the site. To be considered for credit, refund, or an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
